The purpose of this project is to respond to a Seattle Department of Transportation notice requiring removal of a hazardous tree
located in the ROW planting strip at Telemark Apartments (2850 NW 56th Street, Seattle, 98107). The tree is dead from Dutch
elms disease and is of substantial size. There are 3 additional trees adjacent that are dying, and it is recommended to remove all
the trees at once to be most cost effective.
