Project Description: Montgomery County is seeking proposals for live Telephone Town Halls (TTH) to be held by County Commissioners with their constituents. TTHs are defined as live Town Hall meetings which are conducted over the phone during which constituents listen to Commissioners speak on numerous issues regarding their work in the County. Constituents may also pose questions to the Commissioners.
