The U.S. Embassy in Tegucigalpa requires a contractor to provide reliable telecommunication services, ensuring continuous connectivity, maintenance, and support. The contractor is responsible for installation, operation, and problem resolution, as well as keeping communication lines secure and functional. The agreement also establishes procedures for handling changes, emergencies, and coordination, with clear roles for both the Embassy and the contractor to maintain smooth service delivery.
