TEEN LEADERSHIP FORUM

The Minnesota Department of Military Affairs (MDMA) intends to procure services for the Teen Leadership Forum hosted by Child and Youth Services. The event will take place March 20–22, 2026, at Lake Trout Camp, located at 10173 Trout Lake Drive, Pine River, MN 56474.

MDMA has determined that Lake Trout Camp is uniquely capable of providing the necessary facilities and services for this event. The camp offers both indoor accommodations and winter recreational facilities suitable for hosting groups during colder months. These services support youth retreat programming designed as a 2–3 day weekend leadership experience for youth participants.
