TEEL PARKWAY NB BRIDGE AT PANTHER CREEK

Project Description: Construction of grading, drainage, roadway pavement, bridge, sidewalks, hike/bike trail, signing, markings, illumination, median landscaping and irrigation for Teel Parkway. The project limits are approximately from north of Fields Parkway at existing roundabout intersection to a point south of Olive Branch Road. Bridge Substructure (Drill Shafts, Columns, Bents, Abutments) must be completed within 210 calendar days, liquidated damages of $2,000/day will be assessed after 210 calendar days. All roadway, sidewalk and trail concrete paving work (open to traffic) must be complete within 300 calendar days. Liquidated damages of $2,500/day will be assessed after 300 calendar days if CONTRACTOR fails to meet these requirements.
