Bid description:

As part of a suite of four technology upgrade projects, the City of Atchison, Kansas, is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to deliver comprehensive IT support and management services. This RFP outlines the requirements and expectations for prospective MSPs to ensure the effective management, support, and optimization of our IT infrastructure.

Technology Upgrade note: Vendors are invited to submit a proposal for one, multiple, or all four of the technology upgrade RFPs. If a vendor will be providing a bundle discount, they should specify in each submitted proposal.
