Please scan and email a copy of your check once placing your hard copy deposit set order to plans@reprographix.com Documents returned in good condition within the time allotted or winning bidder can request their deposit check to be returned and must include a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) or UPS account number. If a SASE is not included, the check will be voided. The Trustees of Purdue University will receive sealed bids for the following project until 10:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (CST) on the 20th day of February 2025 in the Physical Facilities / Campus Police Building, 502 University Dr., Westville, IN 46391. 1. Northwest Campus – Westville – Technology Building Microbiology Lab Renovation - 2025 A $300 deposit will be required for each hardcopy set of bidding documents. One compact disk or download is available at no charge. Postage and handling fee may apply. A voluntary pre-bid meeting for Project No. 1 will be held on February 3, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. CST. The meeting will be held in Room 134 of the Technology Building, located on the Westville campus.
