The Department, through the Rural Health Transformation Plan and Program (RHTP) grant, funded under Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) cooperative agreement CMS-RHT-26-001, seeks a qualified contractor to conduct comprehensive healthcare facility technology assessments for healthcare organizations statewide, including rural and underserved communities.
