Technical Assistance for Prospective Applicants to Support English Learners

The Ohio Department of Education and Workforce ("DEW"), office of Literacy Achievement and Academic Success seeks an experienced Offeror to develop a professional learning webinar aimed at Ohio's schools, districts, and regional support organizations to provide an overview of assessing the literacy instruction needs of a population of multilingual learners and developing a plan to address those needs. This work shall also include technical support and ongoing communication with DEW.
