This Special Procurement involves OHCS utilizing a pool of technical assistance contractors deemed qualified through an Oregon Higher Education Coordinating Commission (HECC) solicitation. Contracted providers will assist prospective applicants to understand OHCS solicitations and prepare and submit applications for grant funding. OHCS's implementation of contracted technical assistance for prospective applicants will serve as a pilot for OHCS. Increased engagement and better-quality applications are expected outcomes from these contracts.
