Overview of Services Required Eastern Connecticut State University (ECSU) is seeking a dedicated professional to support, manage, and troubleshoot the Tk20 platform used by the Education Department. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for system support, ensuring seamless functionality for clinical teaching assignments, program application processes, and teacher candidate assessments. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance, interface with users, and enhance the platform’s efficiency to support the department’s academic and administrative needs regarding the Watermark TK20 platform.
