Special Requirements:

A voluntary pre-bid meeting will be held at 3:30 PM, on January 13, 2026 at the Technical Academy School. Questions will be due by 1/15/2026.
Wage rates for this Project are subject to minimum wage rates as per M.G.L., Chapter 149, Section 26 to 27H inclusive.
The bidding and award of the Contract shall be in full compliance with Chapter 149, Sections 44A-44J of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as last revised.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids if deemed to be in their best interest.

Miscellaneous:

It is the intent of the Awarding Authority that a DCAMM certified General Contractor oversees all aspects of the project.
In accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 149, Section 44D, General Bids will be valid only when accompanied by (1) a current certificate of eligibility issued by Division of Capital Assets Management and Maintenance, showing that the General Bidder has the classification of “General Contractor” and a capacity to perform this work and (2) an update statement summarizing the General Bidder’s record for the period between the latest Division of Capital Assets Management and Maintenance certification and the date the bid is submitted.
