Solicitation Summary
The Maryland Insurance Administration (“MIA”) is the independent State agency that regulates the insurance industry in Maryland. The MIA is issuing this Solicitation under its small procurement authority to procure the services of Financial Regulation’s Financial Analyst & Examiner – TeamMate+ Audit Software Setup, Support and Training. MIA would like to acquire these services for key MIA (MIS, Analyst and Examiners).Expected training time 300 hours. The MIA Financial Regulation Unit requires training, support, and project setup on the new Wolters Kluwer TeamMate+ Auditing Platform. The new migration to TeamMate+ is universal across a majority of the State Regulators. The training will provide MIA TeamMate users more vivid understanding on how to Set-Up Initial TeamMate+ projects for our Financial Analysts and Examiners, to ensure efficiency, consistency, and compliance with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners’ (NAIC) Accreditation Review Standards.
