United Independent School District (UISD) is seeking proposals from TEA-accredited vendors to provide Educator Preparation Programs for teachers seeking state certification. To ensure high-quality preparation, only vendors maintaining a 90% passing rate or better in compliance with Texas Administrative Code (TAC) will be considered.
The district intends to partner with a vendor offering a hybrid of online certification and test prep courses to provide personalized support across all required content areas. This is an all-or-none proposal; vendors must submit a comprehensive proposal meeting all specifications to be eligible for evaluation.
