TCCD Window Washing Care

Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit qualified vendors to provide comprehensive window washing services across all nine (9) district locations. The scope of services includes both interior and exterior window cleaning, to be performed two (2) times annually at each site, except Trinity River Campus and TREC as they are three (3) times annually. Vendors are encouraged to submit proposals that align with the scope of work and technical requirements outlined in this RFP, emphasizing quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Proposals will be evaluated based on the vendor’s ability to meet the specified criteria and demonstrate a successful track record of providing similar services within academic or institutional environments.
