1.    The Illumina NextSeq 1000 Sequencing System must include the NexSeq 1000 Silver Support Plan, which includes coverage for parts, labor, and travel. 1. Replacement parts.
2 Replacement Reagents for Instrument Failure
3. All Labor
4. Phone Support Monday to Friday 18 hours a day 8 am Singapore TIme to 5 PM Pacific Time
5. Targeted onsite Response Time (Business Days)  2
6. Preventative Maintenance 1 time a year by a certified operational specialist.
