The County of Rockingham, (the County) a political subdivision of the State of Virginia is seeking proposals from qualified firms to plan and develop a park site master plan for lands owned by the Countyâs Lake Shenandoah Stormwater Control Authority (LSSCA) located in the 3200 block of Taylor Spring Lane, Rockingham, Virginia. The master plan will provide guidance for the development of specific park features by integrating community input and existing property features.
