Taylor Middle School Addition & Renovation

Fauquier County Public Schools is soliciting lump sum, sealed bids for the Taylor Middle School Addition & Renovation. The project is located at 350 East Shirley Ave., Warrenton., Virginia 20186. The project scope is generally comprised of the construction of a new two-story 47,435 sf core addition, a new three story 20,796 sf classroom addition, and approximately 80,794 sf of renovations to the existing three-story Taylor Middle School. Construction includes site development, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, interior build-out, and finishes.

A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on February 19, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. at the project site. Bidders are required to attend and should be onsite and signed in by the start time.
