Description
Sealed bids from Contractors will be received by the Taylor County Board of Education, Owner, in the Office of the Taylor County Board of Education, 23 Mulberry Street, Butler, Ga 31006, until 3:00 P.M. prevailing time on January 7, 2025 for the Taylor County Elementary School Demolition, Butler, Georgia. The project scope includes the demolition of the existing Taylor County Elementary School. Work includes, disconnecting and terminating existing utilities, demolition of the existing structure, disposal of waste materials removed, and restoration of site grades. The asbestos containing materials have, as part of a separate contract, been removed from the structure.
