2026 Taxiway R/Airside Roadway Improvements

Project Description: This project provides for the full reconstruction of a segment of Taxiway R (between Taxiway R3 and Taxiway R10), the full depth reclamation of the Runway 12L End Service Road, the full reconstruction of a segment of Service Road D, and the mill and overlay of the Runway 12R-30L Tunnel Service Road. Construction includes traffic control and airport security; concrete pavement construction; asphalt pavement construction; full depth reclamation recycled aggregate base; asphalt mill and overlay; taxiway edge lighting; electrical duct banks; pavement removal; excavation and backfill; storm sewer improvements; grading and drainage improvements; and pavement marking.
