Documents returned in good condition within the time allotted or winning bidder can request their deposit check to be returned and must include a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) or UPS account number. If a SASE is not included, the check will be voided.

The Trustees of Purdue University will receive sealed bids for the following project until 3:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on the 7th day of May 2026 in the offices of Capital Asset Management, 2550 Northwestern Avenue, Suite 1100, West Lafayette, IN 47906.

1. West Lafayette Campus – Taxiway D Reconstruction and Apron Expansion – 2026

A $300 deposit will be required for each hardcopy set of bidding documents. One compact disk or download is available at no charge. Postage and handling fee may apply.

A voluntary pre-bid meeting for Project No. 1 will be held on April 15, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. EDT. It is strongly recommended that contractors attend this meeting to get a full understanding of the project scope and work area. The meeting will be held in the Library of the Terminal Building (TERM), located at 1501 Aviation Drive., West Lafayette, IN. A site walk will be conducted after the meeting.
