Tax Increment Financing (State Compliance)

Project Description: LMG is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide support with maintaining compliance with state Tax Increment Financing programs. LMG submits state TIF applications on behalf of qualifying projects and is party to state TIF agreements. Thus LMG is the conduit for reporting and payment of incentives to participating projects. The requested scope of services entails preparing and submitting the submitting the compliance reports as required by state TIF agreements on behalf of MDA. There is also an optional on call contract opportunity to advise LMG on new proposed TIF deals and provide financial analysis.
