Task Order Traffic Engineering and Operation Services, RFQ 676856

The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (“County”) to obtain the services of qualified consulting engineering firms to establish open-end Contracts for Traffic Engineering and Operation Services on an “as needed” basis. The Contracts will be for an initial one (1) year base period, with three (3) additional option years. The number of Contracts awarded will depend on the quantity and quality of proposals received, with a minimum of one (1) Contract and a maximum of three (3) Contracts.

Firm(s) should have a successful track record demonstrating extensive consulting experience with local municipalities in the Commonwealth of Virginia in preparing, evaluating, and analyzing operational and safety components of roadway networks within the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) Secondary Roadway System.

Pre-Proposal Conference:

An optional Pre-Proposal Conference will be held virtually using Microsoft Teams on June 16, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.
