Tartan Trail Road Emergency Bridge Repair — Design Build Services

Proposals Due:  Thursday, October 16, 2025 by 4:00 p.m. in person or by mail to 1600 Floribunda Avenue, Hillsborough, CA.

Pre-proposal Meeting (Non-mandatory): Thursday, October 2, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.

Description: The Town is soliciting the services of a qualified contractor to provide design-build services for the emergency replacement of the Tartan Trail Road Bridge crossing over San Mateo Creek. The selected Design-Builder will be responsible for delivering a complete project, including design, permitting support, geotechnical investigations, fabrication, and construction of the new structure, as well as integration with the existing roadway and creek environment. The project must be executed under an accelerated schedule to restore safe public access while ensuring long-term structural performance and environmental compliance.
