The State of Nebraska (State), Nebraska Department of Education (NDE), Office of Teaching, Learning and Assessment, is issuing this solicitation for a service contract for the purpose of selecting qualified bidders to establish a vendor pool under a Master Agreement for school improvement services. The intent is to provide targeted support to Nebraska public schools based on state accountability classifications, federal designations, and identified needs aligned with AQuESTT and other state education priorities. Services may include instructional leadership development, standards alignment, chronic absenteeism reduction, and other key strategies outlined in Section V.

Written Questions regarding the project are due no later than June 20, 2025.
