Solicitation Summary
The Maryland Department of Health (MDH or the Department), through the Behavioral Health Administration, is issuing this Request for Application (RFA) t
o identify an Applicant who will ensure youth under 17 years of age deemed Medicaid- ineligible but in need of assistance to address behavioral health needs, will be linked to a Targeted Case Management Plus (TCM Plus) provider. Applicant will also be responsible for managing the invoicing process for services rendered by TCM Plus providers and other related fiscal management duties to include requests for customized goods and services.
