INVITATION TO BID

Bids are invited by the owner of 315 Tarbox Road, Plainfield, CT. Bids will be received on behalf

of the Owner by the Town of Plainfield, First Selectman’s Office, 8 Community Avenue,

Plainfield, CT 06374 until 2:00 P.M., December 16, 2025, at which time they will be opened and

read aloud.

links ITB, RFQ’s & RFP’s, or at the State of Conn. Dept. of Admin. Services (DAS) website,

www.das.ct.gov State Contracting Portal, Town of Plainfield.

Mandatory pre-bid conference: December 9, 2025 at 8:30 AM, 31 315 Tarbox Road, Plainfield,

CT. Scope of work includes: Roofing, gutters, electrical, heating & cooling.
