Summary

The Las Virgenes Municipal Water District is seeking Bids for Tapia WRF Secondary Clarifier Rehabilitation Project . Bids are to be submitted through the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/lvmwd , no later than 3:00 pm on Thursday, November 6, 2025 .

Background

The las Virgenes Municipal Water District's Tapia Water Reclamation Facility Secondary Clarifiers Rehabilitation Project will consist of the removal and replacement in kind of components within the existing rectangular secondary clarifiers. In summary, the project will include but not be limited to, the following items:
1. Removal and replacement of existing scum inlet piping and fittings.
2. Concrete repair work and the removal and replacement of the existing expansion joint material.
3. Removal and replacement in kind of the existing fabricated steel inlet diffusers and effluent overflow launders .
4. Sandblast and recoat per specifications existing fabricated steel inlet diffusers and effluent overflow launders.
5. Miscellaneous mechanical and structural improvements.
