  16. Description: One, clean, approved, U.S. or foreign flag, double-hull tanker, with an Inert Gas System (IGS) or equivalent (e.g. nitrogen generation system) and Segregated Ballast Tanks (SBT) that is capable of carrying a minimum of 120,000 bbls of clean product (intentions JA1) and 200 m³ of fresh water within vessel’s natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation.

  17. Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port/place is St. Theodore, Greece. (MOH Terminal); and the intended discharging port/place is La Spezia, Italy (NIPS Terminal). The laydays will commence 03 June 2025 and cancel 04 June 2025, and the period of performance will be one voyage.

  18. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent, sources sought notice for this service. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The MSC Deputy Associate Director of Small Business Programs has concurred with this decision.
