- Description: One, clean, approved, U.S. or foreign flag, double-hull tanker, with an inert gas system or equivalent (e.g. nitrogen generation system) and segregated ballast tanks that is capable of carrying a minimum of 12,000 bbls of clean product (intentions JPTS) within vessel’s natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double-valve isolation.
- Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port/place is Killingholme, U.K. (SKJ Terminal); and the intended discharging port/place is Akrotiri, Cyprus (PSD - RAF Akrotiri Terminal). The laydays will commence 29 April 2025 and cancel 07 May 2025, and the period of performance will be one voyage.
- Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The MSC Deputy Associate Director of Small Business Programs has concurred with this decision.
