Project Title: Tank 1617 Repair and Tank 3535 ExaminationProject Location: Shaw AFB, SCThe scope of this project is to provide the maintenance for the interior and exterior of tank 1617 and inspect tank 3535. Tank T1617 is a 250,000 gallon deluge water storage tank located on Shaw Dr. and adjacent to building B1616. Tank T1617 shall have the interior and exterior cleaned, coated and repaired in accordance with this Statement of Work (SOW). Tank T3535 is a 200,000 gallon water storage tank located on Rhodes Ave and adjacent to building B2004. Tank T3535 shall have the interior and exterior assessed. Refer to Attachment 02 - Tank Drawings and Attachment 03 - Tank Location for reference.Period of Performance: Not to Exceed 105 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed.Competition: This is a 100% Woman Owned Small Business set aside acquisition for NAICS 561210.The Magnitude for this requirement in accordance with FAR 36.204(d) is valued between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.***A site visit for this solicitation is scheduled for Tuesday 22 April 2025 / 9:00 AM EST. Please refer to Attachments 11 through 14 for Base Access Request form and supporting documentation******All questions for this solicitation will be due no later than Friday 25 April 2025 / 2:00 PM EST. Submit questions to the Contracting Officer, Mr. Darrel Ford at darrel.ford.3@us.af.mil and Contract Specialist, SrA Felix Prose at felix.prose@us.af.mil***One (1) electronic and one (1) hard copy package sealed bids are due Wednesday, 28 May 2025 / 2:00 P.M. EST. Bid Opening procedures will begin on Friday, 30 May / 10:00 A.M. EST. Bid opening will be held at the 20th Contracting Squadron, Cullen Street, Building 216 (Main Conference Room), Shaw Air Force Base, SC 29152.
