The Aquatic Center pool area concrete has several areas that need some repairs work due to concrete raising and causing a tripping hazard. There is approximately 1,600 Square Feet of area that needs replacement, grinding and a slip resistance waterproof coating. Contractor must verify quantities.

A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM, May 29, 2026, at the Peter Brunstetter Aquatic Center in Tanglewood Park, Clemmons NC 27102. At the main park gate, announce you are attending Lou Forrisi’s pre-bid and proceed along Tanglewood Park Road until you see the pool on the right. Meet at the main pool gate.
The purpose of this conference is to explain the scope of work involved and to give prospective bidders the opportunity to observe the existing conditions for the work. The Project Coordinator will be present to answer questions. Forsyth County will not entertain bids from firms not represented at this pre-bid meeting. A sign-in sheet will serve as the attendance record.
