Solicitation Summary
The Scope of Work
consists of performing all necessary work to install Septic Tank Effluent Pump (STEP) systems and connect them to the County’s sewer force main from the existing service valve near the property line. Work also includes abandoning the existing septic tanks on the properties included in the project. There are approximately 300 STEP systems to be installed and connected under Contracts A – G for Resolution No. 235 as noted on the Bid Form. The total number of systems connected will be based on property owner participation and will likely be less than the estimated 300 systems.
