The City of Warner Robins is seeking proposals from qualified landscape contractors for the procurement, delivery, and installation of trees at eight locations: South Davis Beautification Median, Tot Lot Park, Ada Lee Park, Ferguson Park, Deloris Toliver Park, Memorial Park, Booth Road Beautification Park and Bryant Cemetery. This project aims to enhance the aesthetic and ecological value of these sites by planting a variety of tree species.
Nothing in this specification shall be interpreted as relieving the Contractor of the responsibility of meeting all applicable Federal, State and Local codes and regulations. It is the contractor's responsibility to request any general information or minor clarification by the allowed date.
Submission of a bid constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of all service specifications, requirements, and all terms of the General Instructions to Bidders, Terms & Conditions.
No work required by this bid solicitation shall occur unless and until the required insurance certificates are provided and purchase order has been issued.
All questions must be submitted via IonWave by Monday, September 22, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time.
Each prospective bidder must upload and submit their proposal with all required documents through IonWave by the designated date and time of Monday, September 29, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time.
The bid, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability, and other factors considered. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities.
