Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 under the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) and has incorporated provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 dated 03/13/2026. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
