Tacoma Narrows Airport - Commercial Hangar Lease

Pierce County (hereafter known as 'the County') is seeking a qualified and experienced commercial aeronautical service provider (as defined by FAA Order 5190.6B, change 3 ) interested in a commercial lease property at Tacoma Narrows Airport (Reference Code is B-II). The County is preferably looking for Airframe and Powerplant aircraft mechanics but is open to other service providers.

Tacoma Narrows Airport, which is owned and operated by Pierce County, is an FAA Regional General Aviation airport serving piston and turbine general aviation aircraft. It is located within central Pierce County, four miles west of Tacoma and one mile southwest of the Tacoma Narrows Bridge. Used primarily for business jet travel and general aviation, it features an FAA contract tower and a variety of businesses, including fixed base operators, a restaurant—The Hub at Gig Harbor—and companies that offer flight instruction, scenic flights, maintenance, and more.
