and modifications to the existing gas service.

LUMP SUM Include in bid an allowance for contingency item of ninety thousand ($90,000) for unforeseen conditions. $90,000.00

Bids on Lump Sum Contracts will be compared on the basis of the total bid price, arrived at by taking the Sum of each Bid Item,

including Allowance Item(s), if any, and plus or minus the cost difference of the Alternate(s), if any, as may be selected by the

Architect and/or Owner. The sum of all “Amounts Bid” will determine the low bid and the subsequent award of this Contract.
