T-32 Mechanical Sweeping - D7

This solicitation is being conducted by the Georgia Department of Transportation under its authority to procure services ancillary to the construction and maintenance of a public road (as defined in O.C.G.A § 32-1-3, as provided for in O.C.G.A § 32-2-64 and § 32-2-69 to establish a contract with a qualified supplier(s) who will provide Mechanical sweeping of highway shoulders and bridge decks, as well as along shoulders, medians, ramps as scheduled by the Department on a cycle or as needed.

This is an open agency Contract, therefore all quantities listed are estimates and there are no guaranteed minimum or maximum number of services to be provided, nor total dollar amount commitment by the Department. The Department reserves the right to select one or more suppliers for award.

Bidders of this solicitation must be registered with the State of Georgia Office of Secretary of State. Vendor must provide company's full legal name as registered, and the signature must be that of the principal of the company or authorized agent.
