T-Hangar Site Development Bid Ad

Sealed bids will be received until Monday, October 28, 2024, at 2:00 PM EST at the Bulloch County Commissioners Office located at 115 N. Main Street, Statesboro Georgia 30458 and at said time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment and performing all work necessary for the: T-Hangar Site Development at the Statesboro-Bulloch County Airport. Major items of work include: site grading, pavement, concrete slab and drainage improvements for a 10-unit T-Hangar Site located on the east side of terminal adjacent to the existing T-Hangar development. This work will also include the construction of the 10-unit building.

A PRE-BID Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, October 10, 2024 at 10:00 AM EST at the Statesboro-Bulloch County Airport terminal building located at 601 Airport Blvd., Statesboro, Georgia 30461. Attendance is non-mandatory but encouraged.

Information for the Project can be found on the following website: https://www.gmcnetwork.com/bids/. Copies of Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office, upon payment of a one-time administrative fee of $20.00 for digital access/file sharing access and/or payment of $125.00 for each printed set. Said cost represents the cost of printing, reproduction, handling, and distribution, therefore no refund will be granted.
