T.G. Scott Elementary School Traffic Circulation Improvements

Sealed Proposals for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary to complete the T.G. Scott Elementary School Traffic Circulation Improvements (the ¿Project¿) will be received by the Monroe County Board of Education (the ¿Owner¿) at the Monroe County Board of Education Office, 25 Brooklyn Avenue, Forsyth, GA 31029 until 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, June 10, 2025.The Project consists of furnishing all labor and materials required for the Traffic Circulations Improvements for T.G. Scott Elementary School at 70 Thornton Road in Forsyth, Ga. 31029, including but not limited to grading, drainage, erosion control, concrete and hot mix asphalt paving, and stabilization of disturbed areas. The Proposal Documents include, but may not be limited to, the Instructions to Proposers, the Contract Agreement, the General Conditions, the Drawings, the Specifications and forms of Proposal Bid Bond (5%), Performance and Payment Bonds (100%).
