Description
Through the Invitation to Bid (ITB)/Request for Quote (RFQ), 48400-DOT000XXXX, the Georgia Department of Transportation (hereinafter, "The Department or GDOT") requested bids and Statements of Work from the qualified firms who have been awarded a Maintenance Master Services Agreement under a Request for Qualified Contractors (RFQC), 48400-410-0000033094, or GDOT's pre-qualification process for Vegetation Removal.
The awarded firm/respondent to this ITB/RFQ (Awarded Vendor, and hereinafter referred to as "Contractor") is subject to:
1. The terms and conditions of its Maintenance Master Services Agreement #: 48400-410-0000033094-XXX with GDOT, which was awarded under RFQC 48400-410-0000033094 or prequalification process for Vegetation Removal and is specifically incorporated in Table 10 of the signed ITB/RFQ form hereinafter referred to as the "MMSA"), and this document.
2. The terms and conditions in the ITB/RFQ.
3. The terms and conditions contained within this Purchase Order/Notice to Proceed.
