Project Description: The City is seeking a qualified contractor to construct approximately 200 LF of sidewalk from the existing sidewalk on the north side of Colewood way at the Epstein School driveway to 303 Colewood Way (Project T6026-3). The work includes, but is not limited to, sidewalk construction, curb and gutter, grading, drainage adjustments, traffic control, and all other associated improvements necessary to deliver a complete and functional sidewalk facility. This project is funded through the City of Sandy Springs Capital Sidewalk Program.
