Description
The USGS Office of Acquisitions and Grants, Reston Branch, Reston Virginia intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for low-altitude aerial imagery and corresponding precise navigation data suitable for photogrammetric processing on an as needed basis for the Coastal and Marine Hazards and Resources Program including the St. Petersburg Coastal and Marine Science Center (SPCMSC), Woods Hole Coastal and Marine Science Center, and Pacific Coastal and Marine Science Center.
Vendor shall provide low-altitude aerial imagery and corresponding precise navigation data suitable for photogrammetric processing on an as needed basis.

SOLICITATION: 140G0125Q0020

PROJECT MAGNITUDE: >250,000.00

TYPE OF CONTRACT: The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price indefinite- delivery, indefinite quantity contract for up to 5 years with an option to extend to service for 6 months.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541360 Geophysical Surveying and Mapping Services with a Small Business Size of $28.5. The product service code is T009 Photo/Map/Print/publication -Aerial Photography.

This effort will be awarded as a total small business set aside.

PUBLICIZING: The official solicitation and its attachments will be issued and available mid/late December 2024 and will be posted to the Contract Opportunities/SAM.gov website at https://sam.gov/content/opportunities .
REGISTRATIONS: In order to be awarded a contract, an offeror must have an UEI number. Also, the offeror must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM), website at http://www.sam.gov, and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications at the time of the solicitation close date once the solicitation is posted.
This pre-solicitation notice is not a Request for Proposal/Bids and does not in any way authorize vendors to incur costs on behalf of the Government.
