Description

Space Systems Command (SSC) is hosting a virtual Industry Day in anticipation of a forthcoming solicitation for non-personal services to provide continued operations, maintenance, sustainment, and analytical enhancement for the SWAN/BOP capability.

SWAN/BOP is a classified, Special Access Program (SAP)-level decision-support tool that enables senior DAF/USSF leadership to use data-driven analysis to assess and prioritize resourcing and architecture decisions for the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) cycle. The scope of work will include: (1) Operations, Maintenance, and Sustainment; (2) Mission Thread Analysis; (3) Decision Support & Portfolio Analysis; (4) Agile Software Development; and (5) Training.

The Government anticipates awarding a Single-Award Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract with a 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods.
