This request will provide a solution to connect the Austintown Boardman Mahoning (ABM) 4 site, 8 channel simulcast system and the existing dispatch centers to the MARCS system at Zone 2 in Lake County. It will provide new site routers and Ethernet switches to allow for the creation of the Customer provided backhaul connection to the MARCS system in parallel to the existing ABM backhaul to facilitate a transition to the MARCS network. The existing Simulcast Prime Site will be replaced with the new Motorola Virtualized Prime Site equipment that will include redundant backhaul routers and switches for the customer provided backhaul connection to the MARCS Zone 2 core site in Lake County.

The State of Ohio - Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is soliciting dealers for products and services on STS 573077. Only suppliers on 573077 or suppliers who offer this item on an existing state contract may respond to this solicitation. No substitutions are permitted.

Please be sure to include the applicable state contract number in the contract column of the grid. If a state contract number is not provided, the proposal will not be considered as referencing a State contract is required.

Any responses that are not a part of a current state contract will not be considered.

Completion of the grid is required and will be considered the response for evaluation.  No outside/additional documentation will be considered.
