Farmingdale State College (SUNY) intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law §355(5)(a), which is up to $125,000, for the above noted commodity/product or service. The Medical Laboratory Science Department at Farmingdale State College is looking to procure a brand new Sysmex XN-450 Hematology Analyzer for use in our Hematology laboratory courses. Refurbished equipment will not be considered. All quotes should contain the following costs for a 60-month term:

• XN-450 Automated Hematology Analyzer, including RETIC License XN-L and BF License XN-L
• Training
• Warranty and Service Contract
• Reagents and Consumables
