Scope of Services
HCPS is seeking bids from experienced and qualified vendors interested in providing the goods and services referenced herein. The provision of goods and services under the RFP includes, but is not limited to, the installation, repair, maintenance, and renovation of synthetic rubber track surfaces. Contractors must demonstrate 3 years of relevant experience, use ISO 9001-certified U.S.-manufactured polyurethane materials, and provide evidence of installing IAAF-certified systems. All work must meet strict quality and performance standards, and the provision of all related labor, materials, supervision, equipment, incidentals, and related items necessary to complete the requests in accordance with the specifications herein. This section identifies HCPS’ desired goods and services and levels of performance. The Bidder shall indicate a response to all service requirements and specifications contained herein. Proposers must also submit a statement of work. Proposers shall indicate a response to ALL service requirements and specifications contained in the following sections in the order listed using the same numbering system.
