Synopsis: Two (2) HPE Servers at West Point, NY

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SYNOPSIS for the two (2) two (2) Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) Servers – Tech Care Essentials with Damaged Media Retention, at West Point, NY. This is a one-time requirement for the United States Military Academy, at West Point, NY.

The period of performance will be from 18 May 2025 – 17 May 2026.

This requirement is brand-name and will be full and open competition through the CHESS website, https://chess.army.mil/, under NAICS code 334111, Electronic Computer Servers Manufacturing, size standard is 1,250 Employees and PSC is 7B22.

• In order to be eligible for award, business must be registered under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.


• Please verify that both your DUNS #, Cage Code are current and valid in the System for Award Management (SAM).

In order to be considered for award, the quotes must be submitted with a completed and filled out Solicitation W911SD25QA075 and uploaded into the CHESS IT E-Mart, at https://chess.army.mil/ no later than May 16, 2025 by 12 pm. Eastern Time.
