Synopsis
The Indian Health Service, Gallup Indian Medical Center located in Gallup, New Mexico has an upcoming requirement for Hazardous Chemical and Battery Waste Collection and Disposal to begin service on August 1, 2025 to July 31, 2026. There will be four (4) option years if exercised in accordance with FAR 17.207(c)(4) subsequently thereafter. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 562112 with a small business size standard of $47 million.
The Request for Quotations No. RFQ75H71025Q00098 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by July 10, 2025 Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, training, Proof of proper equipment, and price. Quotes will be due on or by July 22, 2025 4:00 PM MSDT. The acquisition is an unrestricted solicitation.
In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have – and maintain, in accordance with 52.204-13(c), an active profile in the System for Award Management at beta.SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
