Place of Performance:
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. US Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to issue a modification to its current production Contract W56HZV-23-C-0024 for Armored Multi-Purpose Vehicle (AMPV) systems. The modification will be issued on a Fixed Price Incentive Firm Target (FPIF) basis for up to 309 additional vehicles total, and also includes associated kits. The 309 vehicles to be solicited will span three program years, at 103 vehicles per year, for Option Year 3, Option Year 4 and Option Year 5. This requirement will be solicited sole source to BAE SYSTEMS LAND & ARMAMENTS PO BOX 15512 YORK, PA 17405-1512 but may include subcontracting opportunities with BAE. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation for consideration by ACC-DTA. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government.
